Cisco IP Phones can be reset to factory default settings. This can be useful when troubleshooting phone registration issues.
IP Phones
Follow the steps below to reset your IP Phone.
- From the phone menu, select Settings > Administrator Settings > Reset Settings > All Settings > Reset.
- The phone will reboot and register.
Wireless IP Phones
- Use the navigation wheel to select Settings > Phone Settings.
- Enter **2 from the keypad.
- Press the Yes softkey.
- The phone will reboot and register.
