Always remove an endpoint device such as an IP phone or TelePresence unit from your list of endpoint devices when you will no longer use the device with dCloud sessions. Removing a device can be done at any time and does not require an active session.
To remove an endpoint device from dCloud session use:
- Browse to dcloud.cisco.com, select the location closest to you, and then log in with your Cisco.com credentials.
- Open My Dashboard > My Endpoint Devices and find the device that you want to remove from dCloud use.
- Click Delete.
