Add Device to My Endpoint Devices

You can add endpoint devices such as IP phones and TelePresence units to your dCloud profile so that you can provision them easily during content preparation and session scheduling. Adding an endpoint device to your profile can be done at any time and does not require an active session.

To add an endpoint device to your dCloud profile:

  1. Browse to, select the location closest to you, and then log in with your credentials.
  2. Click My Dashboard > My Endpoint Devices.
  3. Click Add Device.
  4. Select the Device Type, enter the MAC Address for the device, and then add a brief Description of the device.

  5. Click Save.
  6. Add and save each endpoint device that you plan to use with Cisco dCloud sessions.

The MAC addresses for your saved endpoint devices will be available for selection from the drop-down list in the Phone Provisioning tool during an active session.
